Clarification regarding Extension in service 30-10-14 & 21-11-14

                        Government of Punjab, Department of Finance vide its letter no. 22/2/2012-3FP2/159 dated 30-10-14 and letter no.22/2/2012-3FP2/350090/1 dated 21-11-14 issued clarification regarding extension in service. let's discuss them one by one:-

Instructions dated 30-10-14[clarification regarding extension in service]:-

                                In these instructions after giving reference to the department of finance letter no. 22/2/2012-3FP2/43 dated 22-01-2013, Deputy secretary to finance government cleared that serial no. 7 of this letter is hereby withdrawn and it is decided that those Punjab government employees against whom any departmental inquiry/ criminal case or any vigilance case is pending, their cases will not be considered for an extension in service as per earlier letter no.22/2/2012-3FP/475 dated 8-10-12 and letter no, 22/2/2012-3FP2/471 dated 20-09-2013. These instructions shall have immediate effect.

Instructions dated 21-11-14[clarification regarding extension in service]:- 

                      In these instructions after giving reference to the department of finance earlier letter no.22/2/2012-3FP/475 dated 8-10-12 and letter no, 22/2/2012-3FP2/471 dated 20-09-2013 through which provisions have been made for a one-year extension in service to Punjab Government employees, deputy secretary of the finance department said that as per above instructions two years extension in service will not be admissible to blind and physically handicapped employees whose age of retirement is already 60 years.
